Product prices shown on the site are all-inclusive of 18% GST (MRP). Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout (free standard delivery on qualifying orders), so the total you confirm before payment is the exact amount charged.

Returns & Refunds

Pieces can be returned within 6 days of delivery, provided they remain in their original crate and protective packaging. Every item is potted and shipped assembled, so keeping the crate until you have decided where a piece is going is recommended.

To initiate a return, email admin@asterdecorz.com with your order number and photos of the item. Once the return is received and verified at our facility, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Cancellations

We do not accept order cancellations once an order has been placed and confirmed. All orders are automatically routed to our warehouse team for packaging and rapid dispatch.

Indoor Botanical Care

All botanicals are crafted for indoor aesthetic display. Keep away from sustained harsh direct sunlight or open rain, and dust occasionally with a dry soft cloth.
