GST
Product prices shown on the site are exclusive of GST. 18% GST is calculated on the order value, after any discount, and appears as its own line in the order summary before you pay. Delivery charges are shown separately again, so the total you confirm at checkout is the total charged.
Returns
Pieces can be returned within 30 days of delivery, in their original crate and packaging. Every item is potted and shipped assembled, so keeping the crate until you have decided where a piece is going is worth doing.
To start a return, email hello@asterdecorz.com with your order number. Orders that have not yet been dispatched can be cancelled outright from your account.
Colour guarantee
Every piece carries a 10-year guarantee against fading, on the understanding that it is used indoors. Artificial foliage in sustained direct sunlight will fade whatever it is made of, so a covered balcony is the outer limit rather than an open terrace.
